Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is calculated as a percentage of the estimated service price and will be applied toward the total cost of the service upon completion.

• Bookings that have not been confirmed are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Confirmed bookings may be cancelled with a full deposit refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may only be rescheduled — no refund will be issued for the deposit.
• To request a cancellation or date change, use the booking link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

"Starting At" Pricing & Final Price Adjustments

Many of our service packages are listed with "starting at" pricing. These prices represent the base cost for standard-condition vehicles in the smallest applicable size category. The final price of any service may be adjusted based on, but not limited to, the following factors:

• Actual vehicle size (compact, sedan, SUV, truck, van, etc.)
• Overall condition of the vehicle (level of contamination, paint defects, wear, etc.)
• Additional work required beyond the standard scope of the selected package
• Specialty materials, coatings, or products requested

A deposit paid at the time of booking is based on the estimated "starting at" price and does not guarantee a final price. If, upon inspection or during the service, the actual needs of the vehicle exceed the scope of the original estimate, the final price may increase accordingly.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant price changes before proceeding. The remaining balance, including any adjustments, is due on the day of your appointment upon completion of the service.
